The Portuguese Observatory of Compliance and Regulatory (OPCR) is a non-profit private association, formally established in March 2017, with the mission of promoting knowledge and the social recognition of compliance and regulatory activities across different sectors of industry.

OPCR sets quality standards and best practice requirements for the professional exercise of compliance and regulatory functions. It also publishes guidelines and recommendations, organises conferences and events, and fosters institutional relationships with national and international entities.
