ENFCO is a network of not-for-profit associations for in-house compliance professionals across Europe. The organisation facilitates the cooperation and communication between the participating associations and their incorporated professionals in the best spirit of a European Community, according to the network’s mission goals.






Compliance Hub is the largest independent professional network dedicated to compliance and financial crime prevention in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. We bring together specialists from banking, fintech, digital assets, government institutions, and the corporate sector to foster a strong culture of integrity and transparency. Our mission is to raise standards in compliance, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, AML, and CTF by promoting international best practices, ethical business conduct, and sustainable governance. We facilitate knowledge sharing through industry events, training programs, research publications, and active dialogue with regulators. By connecting sectors and empowering professionals, Compliance Hub strengthens regional resilience against financial crime and contributes to a more secure and trustworthy economic environment.

GACO currently has a broad membership representing all businesses Regulated and Registered by the GFSC. This diversity of membership is reflected in the composition of the Committee, which has people with a range of backgrounds and experience covering all the elements of the financial services businesses in Guernsey. Committee members are elected for a 2-year term of office by the members at the Annual General Meeting and can be assisted by co-opted members.

MVCT’s expressed goals include the promotion of ethical corporate operations and corporate compliance by increasing compliance awareness and disseminating knowledge, presenting the effects of potential compliance difficulties that arise in the corporate compliance professional environment.
The actual work of MVCT is based on working groups, currently it has seven operating groups that are the following: (1) Financial Compliance, (2) Consumer Protection and Digital Compliance, (3) Data Protection and Information Security, (4) Anti-fraud and Anti-corruption, (5) Compliance in State Owned Enterprises (6) Competition Law, (7) Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.
MVCT has an executive chairman, two vice-chairmen, and working group leaders. The board is currently composed of Dr. Péter Sükösd, Dr. János Puskás, and Dr. Ádám Liber.


The initiative promotes transparent dialogue, responsible leadership, and integrity-driven decision-making. NBE conducts regular surveys to explore ethical business trends and challenges and organizes events that bring together thought leaders and practitioners to share insights and best practices.


OPCR sets quality standards and best practice requirements for the professional exercise of compliance and regulatory functions. It also publishes guidelines and recommendations, organises conferences and events, and fosters institutional relationships with national and international entities.
